Awards Ceremony

The 2025 Ohio Science Olympiad State Tournament Awards will be held at the French Field House on Saturday, April 26, following competition. 


Timeline

5:40 p.m. — Doors open to public 

6:30 p.m. — Welcome video, emcee and awards presenter introductions

6:45 p.m. — First award presented

8:45 p.m. — Ceremony over


Venue Rules

Students and coaches will be sitting on the field, and guests of teams will have bleacher seating. Coaches are allowed to bring lawn chairs to sit on the field with; however, please position chairs so that the view of teams behind sitting on the floor are obstructed. No guests are allowed in lawn chairs on the field. Backpacks will not need to be checked.

Teams and guests may enter/exit from Main Doors on the Woody Hayes Drive side or the North Field House Doors which leads to long-term bus parking.

Food and drink are permitted in the French Field House but must remain off the field. Please use the posted white trash bins to dispose of your trash.
