Saturday, April 18, 2026

  • May use the normal bus loading zone, or use the Herrick Transit Hub, the bus drop-off / pick-up loop behind the RPAC
  • Long-term bus parking: Carmack Lot
    • There will be shuttles running from 9:00am-3:00pm to those lots, pick-up/drop-off in front of Mount Hall/Herrick Transit Hub

PM Pick-Up: Buses will not be allowed back on campus until 4:00pm as all roads transition to being outbound for game traffic

  • Mariah will be waiting for the Athletics team to signal to bring buses back and will push out a Remind to all coaches
  • After 4:00pm, busses may park in French Fieldhouse Lots through completion of awards
    • If that time constraint for loading busses will not work for you, please reach out to Mariah Lesar to coordinate a later pick-up time.

Local Car Drop-Off / Pick-Up

Please use the College Road drop-off / pick-up lane, denoted by a red bus on the parking map. Use John Herrick Dr. to avoid game day traffic—this route goes through medical campus and will not have priority outbound traffic from the game. There will be campus police presence in this area during the Spring Game.
